Cathleena has experience in the corporate sector that developed her experience in technology and innovation. She plans to Drive New Growth Opportunities, Build and Grow Innovation Capabilities, Develop Strategic Initiatives, and Champion Innovation for the team. Her vision is to evangelize innovation so that the company is viewed as innovative, visionary and a market leader by customers, industry groups and media.

Richie Fonville
Richie served 10 years in the U.S. Army and is experienced in Corporate Security. He plans to provide security advisory and training to the 3SV Media team, will develop and execute tailored risk mitigation strategies, and physical security. His vision is to collaborate with team to implement programs and execute security protocols to foster and maintain a professional, safe environment for all.

Simon Rosen, Esq. has been practicing music law in Philadelphia for over 25 years. His distinguished accomplishments are many. He has represented major industry heavyweight artists, managers, producers, and record companies such as Rap and Hip Hop Artist Cassidy (Clive Davis's label "J" Records), David Krebs well known manager of AeroSmith, Scorpions, Ted Nugent, and ZZ Top. Along the way he has also represented legendary manager and record industry mogul Jon Zezula who managed and broke Metellica, Anthrax, and other hard rock metal acts. Simon has also represented the former artist manager who broke Britney Spears, R&B Diva Regina Belle ("A Whole New World" from Disney's Alladin movie- won Grammy® for song of the year), and legendary R&B Artist John Stephens, now known as John Legend- nominated for 8 Grammy® Awards. Mr. Rosen's artist client roster is as diverse as the music world itself- Pop, R&B, Rap, Hip Hop, Rock n Roll, Jazz, Blues, Gospel, and more. He has worked with the greatest musical talents, but also with those merely striving to eke out a living performing music. Mr. Rosen also represents Grammy® nominated producer David Ivory who has produced hit albums for Patti Labelle, The Roots, Erykah Badu, SilverTide ("J" Records, and HaleStorm (Atlantic Records). He is also the distinguished Corporate Counsel for Allure Media Entertainment Group, a well respected Artist Management, Independent A&R-Artist Development, and music marketing/Promotion and publicity firm headquarted in Philadelphia and New York among an additional impressive list of clients. Although Attorney Rosen has worked with top stars and celebrities, he has always made himself available to help and work with all aspiring and talented musicians and artists and independent musicians as well. Discovering new artists and helping them achieve their career objectives and realize their dreams by forming their own record label or whatever it takes is one of Mr. Rosen's soft spots and his forte'. He is available for consultation on many areas of music law: * Helping artists set up corporations, partnerships, trademarks * Settling or litigating copyright infringement cases and performing rights issues * Drafting or reviewing contracts between artists and record companies, production companies, music publishers, agents or managers * Shop demos and negotiate record deals with major and indie labels, publishing deals, and Film & TV Licensing * Set up the business structure for record labels, publishing companies, and independent bands and artists * Basically any legal issue that arises in the field of entertainment law Currently, Rosen is contributing to many endeavors. He is co-producing Cathy Rosher, a singer and songwriter from Bordeaux. On September 23, 2010 he assisted percussionist Pablo Batiste at Don Hills in New York City at a showcase for David Ivory's groups. Ivory produced Rock groups Age of Evil from Arizona, as well as J. Rad from Long Island New York. The weekend of September 24, 2010, Rosen traveled to Dayton Indiana to partake in the tribute to Shannon Hoon by the Blind Melon.
